Courier delivery ecosystems suffer from high driver drop-outs and inaccurate parcel coordination. Road Train Deliveries (RTD) SARL required an express, high-performance courier dispatch application allowing local merchants to post cargo deliveries and drivers to lock optimal routes—reducing transit delay and operational overhead.
Our Solution
Hexaforge formulated a robust logistics blueprint. We built driver and merchant dashboards using Flutter for optimal device speed, coupled with Google Maps APIs to plan optimal delivery paths. We set up high-frequency Firebase tracking logic, delivering accurate parcel coordinates to clients with sub-second latency.
